The name includes the word Ranch, and the record says nothing about the landowner or about visiting, so assume private until told otherwise. Water temperature is bath-warm, the low end of soakable.
A road passes within a few hundred feet, though the record leaves it nameless. High valley floor. Winters drop a few feet of snow, and for the year the moisture comes to about eleven inches. Most months are dry. Nothing describes what the spring looks like on the ground.
