Hot Springs Near Geyser Bight

Another boiling entry near Geyser Bight, this one measured at 214 degrees and sitting about 550 feet up. Dutch Harbor is the town the record gives, some sixty-five miles away. It is not a soaking spring in any sense; water this hot scalds on contact. No one owns the land on record, and access status is blank.
Backcountry ground in the Aleutians West Census Area, with Beachmaster Street the nearest named road, twenty-three miles off. The record lists no land unit and no manager, so there is no agency attached to the ground. Mean temperature around forty. Eight feet of snow most years, and heavy precipitation on top of it.
