Casa Grande Spring

Casa Grande Spring is a tepid seep on Arizona State Trust Land in Mohave County, about twenty two miles from Peach Springs. The water is barely warm, low seventies. Access is marked restricted. Nothing in the record suggests a developed pool, no chemistry is on file, and there is no photograph. The land carries an SRMA designation.
The spring lies a third of a mile off North Lookout Canyon Road, a short walk by the record's own measure. State trust ground. It sits fairly high for this part of Arizona, high enough that a typical winter brings about a foot of snow and the year's average stays below sixty. Rainfall is light, around eleven inches. No campground is listed nearby.
The record's best months run December through February. The walk from North Lookout Canyon Road is short. Restricted access is the sticking point, so contact the state land department before going. There is no camp on file and no fee information. The water is too cool to pose any danger and probably too cool for most people to call a soak.
