Low foothills under 900 feet, mild wet winters and almost no snow. The springs sit a few hundred yards from Tuscan Springs Road. Nothing on file for owner, unit or designation. Camp Discovery Group Camp in the Red Bluff Recreation Area is the nearest camp listed, seven and a half miles from the springs.
The cold months are the listed best ones. Short walk in from the road. Camp Discovery is a group camp, so check if it takes individuals before you count on it. Nothing is recorded about a fee or public access. The water is mild.
