Muddy Spring
Muddy Spring is a warm source in Clark County, about five miles from Moapa Town, on the low desert floor. The water is at the bottom edge of soaking temperature. Nobody has recorded access. No owner or agency is listed. A USGS site number is attached to it, so someone has measured it.
Under three hundred feet of ground lies between the road and the spring, and that road goes unnamed. Moapa Town is the nearest settlement. This is hot, dry, low country under two thousand feet, six inches of rain annually and snow that rarely arrives. no owner is on record, as are land unit and designation.
Winter. The record lists December to February. Summers here are punishing. No campground appears in the record. Before visiting, establish who holds the ground and what visitors may do; the record is blank on both, and water this mild is pleasant only when the air is cold, which narrows the useful window to the listed months.
