Kendall Warm Spring
Kendall Warm Spring is a warm spring in Bridger National Forest, Sublette County, Wyoming, about thirty miles from Pinedale off the Green River Lakes Road. Warm is accurate: the record gives the mid eighties, pleasant to the hand, cool for a soak. Forest Service land, access open, and a campground under two miles away.
High, close to 7,800 feet, in country that sees well over a dozen feet of snow in a season and about two and a half feet of precipitation. The Green River Lakes Road passes within a tenth of a mile. Whiskey Grove Campground is the camping on record, two miles away.
Whiskey Grove is close, which is the practical draw. Winter is the season on file; the road will be under snow then. Water chemistry is from a 1966 sample, mildly alkaline. No fee listed. Temperature is harmless.
