Caribou County, Idaho, roughly seventeen miles out of Soda Springs, and what you get is a warm spring in the loosest sense. The water reads tepid, above what a mountain creek runs and well under bath temperature, so most people will find it too cool for a soak. Ownership is unrecorded, public access likewise. No one has sampled the water for chemistry.
It sits high, above six thousand feet, in country that gets around a hundred inches of snow most winters. The walk in from the closest road is short, a few hundred yards. Which road that is, and who manages the land around the spring, is missing from our data. Blackfoot Reservoir Campground is the nearest camping we know of, a bit over five miles away.
Our climate data points to December through February as the driest stretch, though at this elevation that also means deep snow on the approach. Access status and fees are not on record. The temperature reading is unverified too, with no survey date behind it, so the warmth could differ from what the table shows. Check before you go.
