Hailey Hot Springs

Hailey Hot Springs is close to town, under three miles from Hailey in Blaine County, and hot, around a hundred and thirty. Democrat Gulch Road passes a few hundred feet away. Ownership and access are blank in the record, and being this near a town, that matters more than usual.
Fifty-four hundred feet on the dry side of the state, with five and a half feet of snow and seventeen inches of precipitation in a year. The walk from Democrat Gulch Road is under five hundred feet. North Fork campground is almost twenty miles out, so camping is not close. Nothing on record tells you what the ground is like or who holds it.
Winter rated best, and the snow is light enough for that. Hot. Give it a careful hand before anything else. The 1988 sample gives a strongly alkaline pH and moderate dissolved solids. Access unknown; check before you go. North Fork if you need a campground, but it is a drive.
USGS hasn't flown a detailed laser scan here yet, so this view comes from aerial photos and older elevation data.
