Kyle Spring
Kyle Spring is a warm seep on the desert floor outside North Las Vegas, in Clark County, about six miles from town. The USGS carries it as a thermal site. Its water is only tepid, warm enough to notice and no warmer. Nobody has recorded whether the public may walk up to it, so the legal side of a visit is an open question.
This is low desert. The spring lies under thirty feet from a road, so reaching it means parking and stepping over. Summers here run hot and dry, with around five inches of rain in a typical year and almost no snow. Winters are mild. No land owner or management unit is on file for the site.
Come in the cool months. December through February is when tepid water feels good in Clark County, and midsummer heat makes the trip pointless. The closest camping on record is Red Rock Canyon Campground, around fifteen miles away. Before you go, find out who owns the parcel and whether visitors are tolerated. Neither detail is documented here.
