Coyote Spring in Beaver County is a remote thermal point about 27 miles from Milford. The water is barely warm, a few degrees below what most people would call tepid. Nothing on file names an owner or says whether the public can reach it. This is a dot on a survey map more than a destination.
Expect a third-mile walk from wherever the road ends; the nearest road has no name in the listing. The spring sits around five thousand feet in the Beaver County desert. Precipitation is low, about ten inches a year, and a winter brings perhaps two feet of snow. Nothing is recorded about who manages the land.
The record picks the cold months. At this temperature the draw is the country around it, since the water itself will not warm you. No campground is listed nearby, and there is no photo. Access is the big unknown. The chemistry figures come from a 1985 sample and show moderately mineralized water.
