Springs is the whole name on the record for this unnamed thermal point in Beaver County, Utah. Milford is the closest town, about 26 miles off. Barely warm water. A USGS crew sampled it back in 1985, and nothing since then has put an owner or an access rule on file.
Roughly a fifth of a mile from a road that goes unnamed on the record. Around five thousand feet in dry basin country, ten inches of precipitation a year and a winter snowfall of about two and a half feet. No land unit appears.
Winter heads the list on record. The water is too cool to soak in. No campground is listed within range, and Milford is the closest town of any size on file. Because ownership is unrecorded, verify the land before walking out to it.
