Meadow Hot Springs
Meadow Hot Springs is a group of geothermal springs south of Fillmore in Millard County, near the town of Meadow, and it is one of the few in this part of Utah with water at a proper soaking heat. The measured temperature is a bit above what a hot bath runs. The record leaves ownership and access blank, so the legal picture is not settled here.
The springs sit a couple of hundred feet from a road, no name given, on the valley floor at a little under five thousand feet. Winter snow in the Fillmore area runs to around four feet over the season, and summers are dry. Nothing on file describes a land manager or any designation.
December through February are the months on record, and with water this warm, cold air is the point. Adelaide Campground is about ten miles away. The water is heavy with dissolved minerals; the 1985 sample returned a very high solids count, with iron in the mix. Ownership is unrecorded, so confirm before you soak.
Wikipedia describes Meadow Hot Springs as a system of geothermal springs south of Fillmore, close to Meadow. OpenStreetMap carries the same name. USGS has it on its thermal inventory, with a water sample taken in the autumn of 1985.
